14-Day Limited Warranty

At alkeye, we take pride in the quality and intention behind every handcrafted piece. We offer a 14-day limited warranty from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects related to craftsmanship or materials.

What’s Covered:

• Broken or faulty clasps

• Structural issues due to craftsmanship

• Loose stones or beads not caused by external force

What’s Not Covered:

• Normal wear and tear

• Tarnishing or fading caused by water, perfume, or chemicals

• Scratches, dents, or broken components due to mishandling or impact

• Lost items or theft

• Custom or personalized orders

How to File a Warranty Claim:

Please email contact@alkeye.com within 14 days of receiving your item. Include:

• Your order number

• A brief description of the issue

• Clear photos showing the defect

Once reviewed, we’ll offer:

• A repair (if applicable)

• A replacement (subject to stock)

• Store credit

We reserve the right to determine whether a claim qualifies under this warranty. Approved claims will be processed at no additional cost to you.
