Shipping Origin
All orders are shipped from the United Arab Emirates. We offer both domestic and international shipping.

Processing Time
All pieces are made to order. Please allow up to 2 business days for processing. Once dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times vary based on location and shipping method. While we strive to meet these timelines, Alkeye is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs processing, holidays, or weather conditions.

  • GCC: 2–5 business days

  • Rest of world: 5–7 business days

Shipping Fees
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and vary depending on destination and order weight. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country unless otherwise specified.

Please note:

  • Shipping rates for Saudi Arabia and Kuwait include customs and duty fees.

  • All other international destinations remain subject to local import fees or duties upon delivery.

Flat-Rate Shipping

  • Bahrain: £ 10

  • Qatar: £ 13

  • Oman: £ 14

  • Kuwait: £ 29 (includes a 15% customs charge)

  • KSA: £ 27 (includes a 15% customs charge)

Zone Based Shipping

  • Zone 1 - Rest of GCC: £ 15

  • Zone 2 - Asia: £ 18

  • Zone 3 - UK/EU: £ 18

  • Zone 4 - EU/ Oceania - £ 18

  • Zone 5 - USA: £ 20

  • Rest of World: £ 28

Elevated Risk Surcharge

Shipments to countries affected by continuous war, civil unrest, or terrorism may incur an elevated risk surcharge. This is applied by our courier and is in addition to standard shipping fees.

This currently applies to:
Afghanistan, Burkina Faso, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Haiti, Iraq, Lebanon, Libya, Mali, Somalia (Mogadishu & Hargeisa), Sudan, Syria, Ukraine, Venezuela, and Yemen.

Delivery Information

  • Out-of-City Fee: Approximately £3.00 applies to deliveries in remote areas.

  • Delivery Attempts: A maximum of two delivery attempts will be made. If unsuccessful, the order will be returned to us. Re-delivery will require a new shipping fee.

  • Insurance: Customers are responsible for arranging insurance. DHL’s liability is limited to USD 100 or the invoice value, whichever is lower.

  • Delivery Attempts: Two delivery attempts are included. Additional attempts incur a fee of £3.00.

Tracking Your Order
A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped. If you do not receive tracking information, please contact us.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure all shipping details are accurate at the time of purchase. Alkeye is not liable for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

Return Policy

Due to the handcrafted and made-to-order nature of our jewelry, all sales are final.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at contact@alkeye.com within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the item and packaging

If your request is approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit based on availability.

Warranty

We offer a 14-day limited warranty for manufacturing defects. For full details, please refer to our Warranty Policy.

International Orders

Please note that international orders may be subject to additional customs charges or delays. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase or shipping price.
